We are certified Organic and the first USDA Organic Mushroom farm in the state of New Jersey!

Our Story

Two River Gourmet Mushrooms is a small-scale mushroom farm situated on a 25 acre parcel of farmland preserve in historic Millstone, N.J. We grow high quality USDA Organic mushrooms for the passionate, knowledgeable, and creative chef or home cook who desires only the finest ingredients.

Founded by KC Sullivan as a passion-project in 2014, Two River has grown exponentially since founding and boasts a dynamic team with specialized mycology knowledge.

We are certified Organic and to date, we are the only USDA Organic Mushroom farm in the state of New Jersey that grows many of the specialty strains of mushrooms that we offer! Those varieties include Shiitake, Oyster, Maitake, Pioppino, Lion’s Mane, Chestnut, and many others.

We currently provide our Gourmet Organic Mushrooms to 40 of New Jersey's finest restaurants such as Anjelica’s, Gabriella’s, Blu Grotto, Il Nido, Red Horse etc. We also supply 16 retail locations such as Sickles, Delicious Orchards, Nature’s Corner, Foodtown, Deans, as well as several local farmers’ markets and CSAs.
